4. Prohibited Activities

When using SaveManager, you expressly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or headless scrapers to send high-frequency bursts or DDoS attacks against our infrastructure or third-party host CDNs.
• Attempting to bypass digital rights management (DRM), encryption, or access paywalled or private accounts without lawful authorization.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
